What should I bring to my Delaware Valley Nephrology appointment?

• A list of current medications, including dose and frequency
• Copies of medical records that may be pertinent to your current condition
• We will ask you for a sample of urine so we may examine it under the microscope, so if you can, please be prepared to provide a fresh sample for us at the time of your visit
